Happiest of New Years!!! Here’s hoping you and yours enjoyed a wonderful season of “presence”! It’s hard to believe that we are already at day 4 of this bright and shiny new year. If you are like most people, you may have celebrated the arrival of 2017 with a lot of enthusiasm and positivity. Just a few days into the year, you may already be starting to feel a sense of overwhelm at the things you need to do without adding those new resolutions and activities to the list.

It’s completely normal to have these thoughts and feelings! The difference between those who accomplish their goals and those who give up is usually attributed to one or two things. The first reason for failure? Some people never even START. Another reason for failure is not staying the course. Most of us have been taught that growth happens linearly. This is usually not true. Change and growth can look really chaotic and messy on a graph. The important thing is to keep taking simple and doable actions until those actions become habits.

When trying to create long term change, it helps to enlist an accountability partner. We now have a 3 tiered coaching program available that just may be the perfect solution for your success! If you are interested, please send an email and we will get you set up with one of our Vital Life coaches right away.

Last but not least- don’t forget to go to the gym! The Vital Life Gym offers a wealth of transformational experiences. In addition to journaling five minutes a day, we suggest that you make a commitment to log into the gym and watch an educational module or download either the Possibilities Explosion worksheet or a Rapid Reset. Completing either of these two exercises will provide you with the clarity and momentum needed to make lasting and sustainable changes.

The Vital Life team wishes you a year in which you seek, create and strive! We are committed to providing education and experiences that will ensure your progress and success. May this truly be the BEST YEAR EVER!

Here is today’s Vital Reset ReMINDer:

“Two steps forward – one step back – is still FORWARD PROGRESS”

My very best wishes for an exceptional day and to your long and vital life.
