Most of us believe that when we leave for the day- we will return in the evening. Most of us believe that when our spouses, partners and children leave for the day- they will return as well. The same belief is true regarding our friends, family members and co workers.

The reality is -when we say good bye – or good night- there are no guarantees that we will ever see or speak with those we love and care about again. The recent mass shooting in Las Vegas is a reminder that life really is a wondrous and fragile thing.

It is a reminder to love the people we love and to not only love them- ACT on that love. It is not enough to simply tell those we love that we love them. We must follow through with gestures and actions that show our commitment to the love we profess. Love is not just an emotion- it is expressed as an ACTION.

Do you know who matters most in your life? Do you have to take a moment to think about it- or can you simply list out those people without any hesitation. We all have various circles of friends, family and loved ones. Who is in your innermost circle? Who Matters to YOU?

Life is short- even if it is long. For some- life winds up being short- accidents happen – unforeseen events happen- life happens. We don’t even have to loose a loved one through a tragedy- they may move away- change jobs – or drift apart.

The Vitalign System has a profound Transformational Experience within it that helps you gain instantaneous clarity about Who Matters- What Matters- what is worth doing and who is worth doing it with. It is called “The Vital List”. Do you know WHO MATTERS?

Once you know the answers to these questions- you can follow through with actions and commitment that affirms to those you love that you value and appreciate them. For most of us- regret comes from having taken for granted the people we cared about and realizing that we don’t have a second chance to tell them or show them.

Jim Croce- singer /songwriter wrote a beautiful and memorable song entitled “Time in a Bottle” in which the refrain is:

But there never seems to be enough time

To do the things you want to do

Once you find them

I’ve looked around enough to know

That you’re the one I want to go

Through time with

Once you have identified those people who matter to you most- it is important to create TIME with them. The truth is- when we are living in alignment – we all make time for who and what we feel is important in our lives.

We do not have a crystal ball- we cannot control the events that happen in the world once we step out into it. This is true for ourselves and for those we love and care about. We must strive to make peace with that reality. The thing that we do have domain over- is the clarity of our thoughts, feelings, values and actions.

Tragic events can create openings within our hearts. We can reach out in love and compassion to those who were directly affected through prayer or donations. We can also take the time to pause and reflect within our own lives about WHO and WHAT MATTERS MOST.

If you have been feeling that you are out of Alignment within a particular area of your life- Relationships- Money- Health- Spirituality- take the time NOW to enlist a proven system that works! You are worth it! Your loved ones are worth it!

“Never be too busy for the people you love. Never allow pursuits or possessions to become bigger priorities than your relationships. Love is what gives meaning to life.” Dave Willis
