When is the last time you gave your mind clear directives?

When is the last time you consciously realized that YOU ARE NOT YOUR MIND?

YOU ARE BODY AND MIND!

From the time we are very young, we are taught that “It all begins and ends in our minds. What we give power to, has power over us if we allow it.” The truth is, this philosophy is a bit of a conundrum. The mind is a very powerful tool once we learn to work with it. We must feed it proper nutrition, supplementation etc. We need plenty of rest in order to stay calm and centered. We must consider our hormonal and endocrine systems and their connection to how our mind’s ability to function. We must also have an understanding of the manner in which our minds and bodies are connected and create an energetic synergistic field.

When trying to make quantum and transformational changes in our lives, it is essential that we understand the power of our SUBCONSCIOUS MINDS. Fact: Our subconscious mind is 30,000 times more powerful than our conscious mind. Rather than getting into conversations about “who’s minding the mind”, it is far more beneficial to “tune in” and identify our feelings and emotions. When we focus our energy on healing the SUBCONSCIOUS FEELING BODY/MIND we are quickly able to move into complete ALIGNMENT with our True HEART’S DESIRES and PURPOSE. Once we communicate our desires to the CONSCIOUS MIND- it can quickly figure out how to assist us!
